Proposals for change of Rules and Byelaws.

Although no written proposals were received, at the Presidents discretion a proposal from the floor was allowed forward.

Ian Fisher proposed " Multi-leg matches should be fished on points rather than weight with points being awarded in common with the way they are already i.e.~ 10 points for first down to 1 point to all who weigh in. The annual, summer and winter weights and points trophies should remain the same."

The motion was seconded by J.Sachs and carried.

The committee and officers remained largely the same although Stuart Williamson stood down as assistant secretary. Thanks go to Stuart for all his work and input at the meetings.

Taking his place will be Greg Brown with Tony Elkins joining as a general committee member. Welcome to both !

Any Other Business

Questions were raised over one of our waters and after a lengthy discussion, it was decided that it should be left to further action and discussion by the committee.
